‘CORAL CREW’

The ‘Coral Crew’ is Rose & Reef’s Brand Ambassador Program, which I developed, launched, and currently manage. Through this program, I recruit, train, and lead a dedicated team of brand ambassadors who embody the Rose & Reef brand values and help expand our reach. I oversee all aspects of the program, from ambassador selection and onboarding to campaign coordination and performance evaluation. By fostering a strong community among ambassadors and aligning their efforts with our brand goals, I ensure that the ‘Coral Crew’ amplifies brand visibility, drives engagement, and contributes to building a loyal customer base.
