I spearheaded the marketing strategy for Spotlight, an Emerson College production, a highly anticipated on-campus competition show that selects the EVVY Awards performers. In this role, I led a dedicated marketing team, including a social media manager and their assistant, to create and execute a comprehensive promotional campaign to market the show across campus. We mainly facilitated the use of social media, tabling, and fliers to increase our Gen-Z target audience. Together, we designed marketing initiatives that engaged the campus community, increased event visibility, and encouraged audience participation. My responsibilities included overseeing content creation, campaign scheduling, and performance analysis, ensuring that all efforts aligned with our goals to build excitement and drive attendance for Spotlight.
